✨Top 3 marketing tools that keep me focused, creative, and aligned ✨
As a communications leader, I’m constantly balancing strategy, storytelling, and execution. While I use a variety of tools throughout my work week, these three tools have become my go-to resources for staying organized and on task:
🗂️ Monday.com: This is my command center for collaboration with internal and external teams. Because it's a cloud-based service, I can use it on-the-go with the mobile app. Its automation and AI features bring projects back to my top of mind through push notifications. Whether I’m managing campaigns and budgets, tracking content calendars, or aligning with cross-functional teams, this software keeps everything visible, updated, and moving forward.
📋 Microsoft To Do – The quiet powerhouse behind my daily momentum. From quick reminders to long-term goals, this tool helps me prioritize with clarity. Syncing it to my Microsoft 365 account makes it easily accessible from all devices, and I can also create automatic to do lists based on emails in my Outlook inbox. The reminders feature helps ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
🎨 Canva – I learned Adobe Photoshop in college and because Adobe's software is complex, I've completed several continuing education courses to keep my skills sharpened. However, in today's fast-paced environment, I find that Canva is an efficient graphic design tool. This web-based software empowers me to quickly bring brand stories to life, whether it’s a social graphic, internal newsletter, or stakeholder presentation. Having this additional tool at my disposal, along with Photoshop, has helped me visually communicate with ease.
These tools don’t just support my workflow; they elevate it. They help me lead with intention, communicate with purpose, and deliver results that resonate with my audiences.
