I’ve been thinking a lot about the amount of change (read: chaos) we’re bearing witness to in this season. I know change is always happening, but right now, it seems like A LOT. 

Belonging is a powerful and necessary in the workplace. When people feel seen, valued, and included, they contribute and thrive. Yet, somewhere along the way,

Heraclitus, the Greek philosopher, once said: “The only constant in life is change." One of my middle school teachers added his own twist: "Change is hard; then we die."  Two very true quotes indicating the ubiquitous and perennial nature of change.
